LEONARD CONTRUCTION & DESIGN LTD

Leonard Construction & Design Ltd is a family-run building company based in Ewell, Surrey, established in 1999 by father and son, John and Joe Leonard. Over the years, the business has grown and developed while remaining committed to the values it was founded on: quality workmanship, attention to detail and excellent customer service.

For more than 25 years, we have undertaken a wide range of building and construction projects across Surrey and the surrounding areas, from home extensions and renovations to complete property refurbishments. We regularly work with homeowners in Ewell, Epsom, Ashtead, Claygate, Esher, Leatherhead and the surrounding areas.

All of our work is fully insured, giving our clients complete peace of mind that their home is in safe and experienced hands.

From Design Through to Completion

Where required, we can recommend trusted architects and other professionals that we regularly work alongside, helping to take your project from the initial design stage through to construction.

Once the design is complete, our experienced team manages every stage of the build. We use high-quality materials and skilled tradespeople, with careful attention to detail throughout, from the foundations and structural work through to the final finishes.

Our in-house project management and quality control ensure that every aspect of your project is carefully monitored, helping us to deliver work on time, within budget and to the high standard our clients expect.
